Extended Holiday Return & Exchange Policy

For online purchases made on or after November 29th-December 25th, McMullen will exchange or refund any full price, unworn, unaltered, unwashed merchandise. Store purchases made on or after November 29th-December 25th, McMullen will offer credit or an exchange. Refunds not accepted for in-store purchases unless otherwise approved. Your return merchandise must be received back to McMullen on or before January 6th for purchases made from November 29th-December 25th. All items must be returned in a secure, insured package and all merchandise must be in its original packaging. Items will not be accepted for returns without the security tags attached. Merchandise received past our extended holiday return window will NOT be accepted for refund or exchange. We reserve the right to refuse any returned items if the return does not meet our policy guidelines. In this case, the purchase may not be accepted and may be returned to the purchaser.

All special orders, sale items, beauty, home, and accessories (jewelry, belts, handbags, hats, sunglasses, scarves, swimwear, hosiery and lingerie) are FINAL SALE. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with making a return. Shipping charges are not refundable.  

Securely pack items. If available, please use the original packaging.

Please enclose a copy of your receipt with your return. 

All refunds are made to the original form of payment. We'll issue your refund, gift card, or exchange once we approve your return. McMullen does not cover the cost of return shipping.

Shipping

Standard Shipping

All domestic (Continental U.S.) ground orders will ship for a $10 flat fee.

Orders shipping Ground will be processed and shipped out within 2 business days. Shipments are pending product availability and credit verification.

 

Expedited Shipping

3-Day Air Shipping - Flat Rate $25

2-Day Air Shipping - Flat Rate $40

Overnight Shipping - Flat Rate $60

 

Expedited orders placed before 2 pm PST Monday - Friday will be processed and shipped within one day, except holidays. Purchases made after 2pm PST will be processed and shipped the following business day for expedited shipments. Shipments are pending product availability and credit verification.

Expedited domestic orders will be shipped UPS and shipping rates will apply. The shipping charges vary by location and the purchaser can choose 3-day Air, 2-day Air or Overnight with applied shipping rates.

 

Lost/Damaged Orders

The purchaser will be responsible for any lost or damaged goods and will need to dispute any claims with UPS directly. UPS is unable to deliver to PO Box or APO/FPO address.
